We have separated time standards into two easy-to-use categories. If you are looking for national time standards, please look under USA Swimming. If you would like ISI time standards, please look under ISI Time Standards.
Downloadable std files for 2007-08 11/2/07 (note: to download std files you must "right click" and
then choose "save target as". You may also need to:
rename the file and remove the *.txt extension. The std file
is provided as a courtesy only. Please see the pdf file above
